- Daytime (from 10:15 AM): – Visit the Museum of Romanity followed by a stunning excursion to the Pont du Gard (picnic, sightseeing, and freshwater swimming).

Mincha and Kabalat Shabbat at the Nîmes Synagogue, followed by a themed dinner featuring Nîmes and Camargue cuisine (premium kosher wines included).
Saturday 20 June
- Morning & Midday: Shabbat service and refreshments at the synagogue, Kiddush, and Shabbat lunch with camargues tastes.
- Lunch – Kiddush followed by the lunch
- Afternoon: Shabbat walk through the Jardins de la Fontaine (tribute to Bernard Lazare). Exclusive workshop at the Nîmes Chabad with Rav Levi Bitton, followed by a tour of the historic Nîmes synagogue, its mikveh, and its Matzah oven.

- Sea Day: Tour of the salt marshes by mini-train, Aigues-Mortes – a fortified town, followed by an afternoon on Grau-du-Roi beach
- Evening: A fresh, delightful dinner back in Nîmes to immerse ourselves in the vibrant street celebrations of the nationwide Fête de la Musique!
Monday, June 22: Beach Extension (Optional)
- Morning: Tour of La Grande Motte Synagogue.
- Daytime: Beach day (packed lunch included). Return to Nîmes at 6:30 PM (or stay longer on-site for those who wish to extend their holiday).

– Marseille Provence Airport (Catch a direct train from Vitrolles Airport station straight to Nîmes Centre.)
